A highly respected, physician-owned rheumatology practice in Southern Oregon is seeking to add a fourth Rheumatologist to meet sustained and growing regional demand.

This group has long been recognized as the destination rheumatology provider for Southwest Oregon, drawing patients from across the region and into Northern California. Referral volume continues to exceed capacity, creating a clear and immediate need for an additional physician. The incoming Rheumatologist will ramp quickly into a busy, well-established practice.

The Practice

  • 100% outpatient rheumatology

  • True 4-day workweek with 8-hour clinic days

  • Immediate patient demand with rapid ramp-up

  • Broad and interesting case mix due to large geographic catchment

  • Physician-led culture with meaningful autonomy and minimal bureaucracy

Compensation & Partnership

  • Base salary: $350,000

  • $50,000 sign-on bonus

  • Partnership track with no buy-in

  • Current partners earn $800,000+ annually, placing them in the top 1% nationally for rheumatology compensation once fully ramped
