- 12-hour shifts 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
- Medical ICU: average 10 patients, Surgical ICU: average 20 patients
- Hospital setting with medical and surgical ICUs
- Resident support available during night shifts
- Central lines done by IR or at bedside with CVC cart available
- RT and anesthesia handle intubations
- Protocols include sepsis, stroke, and sedation for ventilators
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
