Job Description
Community Physician Network is currently seeking a Family Medicine physician to practice in our outpatient clinic in the Broad Ripple area of northern Indianapolis, IN.
Full Time Outpatient Only, No OB
Brand-new, state of the art practice space
Flexible Schedule No weekends or holidays
Shared call schedule with 24/7 RN triage
Full lab services onsite
Team-based model of care
EPIC EMR
Licensure & Certifications
Open to new and practicing physicians
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
