Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in applicable state
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Proven experience in inpatient hospital medicine
• Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced settings

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Previous work in a teaching or academic hospital
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Knowledge of hospital operations and interdisciplinary collaboration

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 2 years hospitalist experience preferred
• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations

Other Requirements:

• Availability for a two-week rotation schedule, starting on 09/02/2026
• Flexible to work a 24-hour shift during the rotation
• Ability to commit to ongoing work beyond initial assignment
• Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and standards
