Job Details

• Practice schedule is M-F 8am-4pm 

• Call Schedule 1:4 

• 3 physicians and 2 APPs in the practice currently  

• Average daily patient volume is 18-35

• Both inpatient and outpatient 

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree 

• Will need to obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire 

• BE/BC in Urology

• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
