Duke Health Triangle Urology Associates is seeking an additional urologist to join its long-standing community practice located in the highly-desired Durham, NC, area. This is an outstanding opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join a collaborative, patient-centered team within a state-of-the-art clinical environment and an established referral network.

The candidate will join Triangle Urology Associates 3-physician practice, which has been in the community more than 90 years. This is an exciting opportunity to be busy clinically with an excellent referral network. Call is at Duke Regional Hospital, located two blocks from the Durham clinic. The majority of outpatient clinic time will be at that Durham location, with some time spent at our practice site 15 minutes away in Chapel Hill, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a full spectrum of urologic conditions, including diseases of the urinary tract, kidneys, bladder, and prostate
  • Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions
  • Robotic surgery is an option but not required, and the hospital has 3 robots
  • Dedicated urology block time at Duke Regional Hospital
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated patient care
  • Participate in Q4 call rotation, soon to be Q5
  • Excellent hospitalist support

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in urology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • Excellent interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills
