Position: Epileptologist – Neurology (Perm)
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Epileptologist to join our dedicated team at the Epilepsy Clinic in Spokane. This is an exceptional opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist with specialized training in epilepsy to advance their career in a reputable clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized clinical care to patients with epilepsy, including diagnosis, management, and treatment planning.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluation and follow-up of epilepsy patients, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools such as EEG and neuroimaging.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment strategies.
- Participate in clinic operations, including patient education and counseling.
- Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to departmental education by mentoring residents and fellows when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Completion (or in the process of completing) an ACGME-accredited epilepsy fellowship program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology and Epilepsy.
- Proven expertise in epilepsy management and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience with advanced neurodiagnostic techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
