Required Skills:
- Valid and Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Certification in Urology or related specialty preferred
- Proven experience in urology or surgical assistance
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to float between sites as needed
- Ability to assist with OR and call responsibilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Prior experience in a multi-site healthcare setting
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN or higher)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in urology or related fields
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to assist with surgical procedures and OR duties
- Ability to perform call assistance as needed
- Comfort adapting to different clinical environments and working locations
- Flexibility for potential travel to different healthcare facilities
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
