Job Summary:

Centennial Heart Associates at Tristar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky is seeking an experienced cardiac advanced practice provider to join our premier cardiovascular consultant practice.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
  • Kentucky license or ability to obtain
  • Cardiology experience preferred  
  • EP and/or experience with devices a plus
About Centennial Heart EP at TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital:
  • Practice open 5 days a week
  • Supported by 1 physician and 2 APP’s
  • Outpatient based practice with possible inpatient consult patient care needs as program develops
  • Average 15 patient visits per day - new and established patients
  • Schedule is Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • No call
