Job Summary:
Centennial Heart Associates at Tristar Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, Kentucky is seeking an experienced cardiac advanced practice provider to join our premier cardiovascular consultant practice.Qualified Candidates:
- Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
- Kentucky license or ability to obtain
- Cardiology experience preferred
- EP and/or experience with devices a plus
- Practice open 5 days a week
- Supported by 1 physician and 2 APP’s
- Outpatient based practice with possible inpatient consult patient care needs as program develops
- Average 15 patient visits per day - new and established patients
- Schedule is Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- No call
