What You Will Do:

• Provide outpatient cardiology services for approximately 13 patients daily in a caring and professional manner
• Work primarily at two convenient locations: Reeds Crossing (Tuesday–Thursday) and Mother Joseph (Monday & Friday)
• Deliver high-quality care through 30-minute appointments, with shifts starting as early as 8:30 AM and concluding by 4 PM, including a scheduled lunch hour
• Participate in a 13-week assignment with potential for extension
• Manage patient inbox time post-clinic hours to ensure comprehensive care coordination

Required Skills:

• Minimum of two years of cardiology experience; five or more years preferred
• Valid active Oregon State License & Oregon DEA registration
• Ability to obtain clinic privileges within approximately 30 days
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of delivering patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with payor enrollment processes
• Familiarity with clinic-based workflows and EHR systems
• Certification in Advanced Cardiology Protocols or related specializations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution
• Active state license with privileges for outpatient cardiology practice
• Relevant cardiology clinical experience, ideally 5+ years

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to commit to a 13-week locum assignment with the possibility of extension
• Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently, with no overtime expectations
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient appointments and inbox correspondence
• Valid licensure and certification credentials must be maintained and current
