Urology Physician – Locum Tenens Opportunity in Olympia, WA

Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid state medical license in Washington
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Proven experience in urological surgical procedures
• Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and patient management skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with locum tenens assignments
• Ability to perform advanced urological procedures
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Emergency or call coverage experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of Urology residency program
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice post-residency
• Experience handling urologic emergencies and complex cases

Other Requirements:

• Availability for scheduled coverage on specific dates listed below
• Willingness to participate in designated call shifts (minimum 5-7 days per month)
• Flexibility in scheduling for additional coverage opportunities
• Active medical license, board certification, and DEA certification
• Must adhere to all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding medical practice and documentation
• Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable
