About the Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to join a well-established private GI practice founded in 1986, with a strong referral base, consistent clinic and procedure volume, and a clear path to partnership. The group operates across two locations in Fremont and Northgate and is deeply rooted in the Seattle community. Located in one of Seattles most desirable neighborhoods, the practice offers access to exceptional dining, nightlife, and outdoor recreation, along with convenient light rail access at the Northgate location.

• 6 physicians and 3 APPs in a collaborative, physician-led environment
• Primary practice location: Fremont, Seattle
• Monday-Friday schedule with a mix of clinic and endoscopy
• Office hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Endoscopy hours: 6:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• ASC with 3 procedure rooms and CRNA anesthesia coverage
• Modern Fuji 700 series scopes
• Strong clinical support with a 1:1 Physician or APP to MA or RN care coordinator model
• APPs integrated into care delivery to support patient flow and consults
• On-site infusion center and advanced ancillaries including Bravo pH testing, breath testing, capsule endoscopy, hemorrhoid banding, and telehealth
• Endoscopy EHR: gMed
• Office EHR: eClinicalWorks
• ASC investment opportunity available through a joint venture structure

Compensation & Benefits:

• $450k - $500k + additional RVU-based incentive structure
