We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Specialist to join a collaborative, patient-centered womens health team serving the Southeastern New Jersey region. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive high-risk obstetric care in partnership with group OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and advanced practice providers, while practicing within a supportive and well-established clinical environment.

Clinical Care
- Provide comprehensive Maternal Fetal Medicine consultations and ongoing care for high-risk obstetric patients
- Perform and interpret detailed obstetric ultrasounds, including first-trimester screening, fetal anatomy surveys, growth ultrasounds, Doppler studies, and biophysical profiles
- Manage complex maternal medical conditions and pregnancy-related complications, including (but not limited to):
- Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy
- Diabetes and endocrine disorders
- Multiple gestations
- Fetal anomalies and genetic conditions
- Preterm labor and placental disorders
- Collaborate closely with referring OB/GYNs, midwives, and primary care providers to develop coordinated care plans
- Provide preconception counseling and postpartum follow-up as appropriate
Care Coordination & Collaboration
- Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to community-based obstetric providers
- Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Communicate clearly and promptly with patients and referring providers, ensuring continuity of care
Education & Training
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Eligible for and able to obtain an unrestricted New Jersey medical license
- Eligible for DEA registration and hospital privileges in New Jersey
- Strong clinical skills in high-risk obstetrics and prenatal diagnostics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
