Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team

We are seeking highly skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with specialized experience in emergency medicine to join our dedicated team. This vital role involves providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, supporting our Emergency Medicine physicians to deliver timely, high-quality care. Required Skills:

• Valid NP or PA license with current certification in emergency medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency medicine within a Level 1 or Level 2 hospital setting
• Proficiency in advanced clinical assessment and emergency procedures
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including evenings

Nice to Have Skills:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Prior work in a hospital setting with high patient volume
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
• Prior emergency department experience in a high-acuity hospital environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 11:00 am – 7:00 pm shifts, covering 7 days a week (16 shifts per month; consecutive scheduling possible)
• Must comply with hospital and state regulations
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training as needed
• No solo provider responsibilities; always supported by an emergency medicine physician

Compensation:

• Hourly pay rate of $1.00 (please note, this is a placeholder and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications)
