Required Skills:

  • Board certification in Pathology (AP/CP)
  • Proven experience in both anatomic and clinical pathology
  • Expertise in Gynecologic and Surgical Pathology
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Subspecialty certification in Gynecologic or Surgical Pathology
  • Experience with digital pathology and laboratory information systems
  • Research or teaching experience in pathology
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
  • At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in pathology, with a focus on gynecologic and surgical specimens

Other Requirements:
  • Valid medical licensure in the appropriate state(s)
  • Ability to work hospital hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call responsibilities after hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development
  • Commitment to maintaining certification and staying current with advancements in pathology
