Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join Stockton Family Medical Center, a Rural Health Clinic serving a close-knit community in southwest Missourijust minutes from Stockton Lake and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ozarks.

This is an opportunity to practice relationship-based, outpatient primary care with real autonomysupported by a mission-driven, physician-led health system that values long-term sustainability over volume.

The Practice

• 100% outpatient primary care no inpatient work and no OB required

• Flexible scheduling options, including a 4-day workweek

• Established clinic team with APP support and experienced staff

• Shared after-hours call with first-line support through a nurse triage line

• Customizable role with optional opportunities in:

  • Long-term care

  • Urgent care

  • Addiction medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• 18-month guaranteed base salary, followed by RVU-based production model

• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
