Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Continuity Care Physician to join our growing primary care team in Indianapolis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a pediatrician who is passionate about clinical excellence, resident and medical student education, and improving the health of children across diverse communities.

Position Overview
The Pediatric Continuity Care Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to newborns, children, adolescents, and young adults while also serving as a key clinical educator within our residency continuity clinic.  This role blends direct patient care with meaningful teaching and mentorship responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
•     Provide full-spectrum pediatric primary care for a diverse patient panel from Indianapolis and surrounding communities
•     Supervise, teach, and mentor pediatric residents in the continuity clinic setting
•     Lead by example in delivering evidence-based, compassionate, and equitable care
•     Utilize measurable quality-based data to improve patient outcomes and population health
•     Participate in shared call responsibilities with the primary care team
•     Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across IU Health and the Indiana University School of Medicine
•     Contribute to the training and development of future pediatricians through hands-on teaching and coaching
Qualifications
•     MD or DO degree
•     Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
•     Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Indiana
•     Demonstrated commitment to teaching and mentorship
•     Strong communication, leadership, and team-based care skills
•     Experience working with diverse patient populations is highly valued
