Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Minimum starting pay of $120.60/hour, DOE, with compensation determined using a structured formula based on experience.
- Sign-On & Retention Bonuses:
- $35,000 sign-on bonus (2-year agreement)
- $75,000 sign-on bonus (3-year agreement)
- Retention bonuses up to 9.1% annually based on contract length

- Relocation & Professional Development: Relocation assistance: $15,000 (individual) / $20,000 (family)

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for Alaska medical licensure
- Comfortable with broad inpatient pediatrics and variable acuity
