Required Skills:

  • Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active DEA license
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient-centered approach emphasizing shared decision-making and holistic care

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in a hospital environment
  • Familiarity with integrated tech platforms for patient engagement
  • Multilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of one year of obstetrics/gynecology practice experience
  • Licensed to practice in Florida or eligible through the IMLC compact

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for 24-hour call shifts (including potential string of consecutive shifts)
  • Willingness to travel; hospital will cover airfare, lodging, and car rental when applicable
  • Commitment to ongoing continuing education through the Diana Health program

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $2,964.00
