Required Skills:
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active DEA license
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered approach emphasizing shared decision-making and holistic care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a hospital environment
- Familiarity with integrated tech platforms for patient engagement
- Multilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Minimum of one year of obstetrics/gynecology practice experience
- Licensed to practice in Florida or eligible through the IMLC compact
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 24-hour call shifts (including potential string of consecutive shifts)
- Willingness to travel; hospital will cover airfare, lodging, and car rental when applicable
- Commitment to ongoing continuing education through the Diana Health program
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $2,964.00
