Experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- Valid West Virginia CRNA license
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Minimum of 2 years of CRNA practice experience
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
- Ability to work independently in General, Vascular, Orthopedic, Urology, Plastics, Dental, IR, CDL, Thoracic, Peds, Neuro, Cardiac, and endoscopy procedures
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient anesthesia care
- Prior work in multi-hospital or surgical center environments
- Ability to perform in high-volume, fast-paced settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
- At least 2 years of anesthesia practice experience in diverse surgical settings
- Prior credentialing at multiple hospital facilities
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 3 12-hour shifts or 5-8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend work (2-3 weeks/month preferred)
- Night shift availability (19:00 – 07:00)
- Willingness to travel or work across multiple hospital sites within close proximity
- Commitment to adhere to all legal and institutional credentialing timelines (60-90 days)
