• 1:3 call ratio
• Monday 8am-6pm, Tuesday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• 20-25 patients per day
• 2 major/3 minor surgeries weekly, 386 deliveries annually
• High-risk procedures, C-sections, vaginal deliveries required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
