What Youll Do

  • Lead and mentor your care team, including APCs and nurses, providing guidance while letting them do their best work.
  • Serve as the first point of referral for your APCs and perform regular chart reviews, collaborating frequently to determine the best care strategies.
  • Conduct physical exams to evaluate health and diagnose conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.
  • Develop, initiate, and adjust treatment plans tailored to each patient.
  • Prescribe and dispense medications.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical recordsdone efficiently with built-in time, without worrying about after-hours catch-up.
  • Educate and counsel patients and families on health problems, treatment plans, home care, and preventive strategies.
  • Request consultations or referrals with other providers as needed.
  • Stay up to date on the latest medical research and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting research projects.

What Were Looking For

  • Board-Certified Family Practice physician
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin
  • 2-4 years of clinical experience
