Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, trained in Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy to join a growing practice in central Indiana. Licensure & Certification

  • Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred
  • Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) preferred
  • Blood & Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN) preferred
