Deaconess Specialty Physicians is seeking a full-time (.5 Trauma/.5 General Orthopedic) Physician to join our team in Henderson, KY/Evansville, IN. Employed by Deaconess Specialty Physicians, a multispecialty group.
Full-time position with $850,000 salary guaranteed for first 12 months. Sign-on bonus of $65,000.
General Ortho (.5 FTE) - Henderson, KY
Maintain a minimum of 18 hours per week of direct patient contact, along with 2 hours per week dedicated to administrative tasks.
Trauma Surgery (.5 FTE) - Evansville, IN
Fulfill 72 trauma surgeon shifts annually, which is approximately 6 shifts per month as stipulated in the contract.
Competitive productivity-based compensation after the second year. Our specialty doctors have easily exceeded their initial guarantee. Additional quality bonus opportunity after reaching guarantee.
