Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with a focus on Psychiatry
• Proven experience in inpatient psychiatric settings or mental health care
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of current psychiatric treatment protocols and medication management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with behavioral health crisis intervention
• Certification in psychiatric mental health nursing (PMHNP-BC or equivalent)
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional language proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• At least 1-3 years of relevant psychiatric clinical experience
• Prior experience working in inpatient or acute psychiatric facilities

• Ability to start on or around February 23, 2026
• Commitment to ongoing patient care excellence
• Willingness to work on a 4-6 week assignment, with local candidates preferred
• Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements available when applicable
