Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $225,000 – $300,000 annually, plus productivity bonuses with potential to add $100,000 or more.

Requirements:
- Education: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Experience:
- Open to New Graduates
- Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in a primary care setting, ideally within medically underserved communities and/or a community health center.
- License/Certification: Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon, DEA license, and CPR certification. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Others:
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Sensitivity to the needs of a culturally diverse population.
- Commitment to the mission of serving in an FQHC environment.
Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday through Friday.
- Shifts: Scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts within this window).
- Work Arrangement: On-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
- Participate in occasional evening and weekend work as needed to meet patient and clinic needs.
