The University of Oklahoma Medical Center is seeking a Infectious Disease Physician to join our Department!

 

  • OU Health has the only Infectious Disease Fellowship in the state
  • Wide variety of cases from simple to very complex some intensive care to General Med Surg, Some Post Surgical Infections
  • This position requires physicians who are detail oriented, flexible with the schedule, able to adapt to changing needs when it comes to infections.

Responsibilities

  • Direct patient care as well as teaching and supervision of residents and fellows, medical students, and other trainees.

 

Qualifications

  • Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Oklahoma medical license prior to employment and be BC/BE and completed a Fellowship in Infectious Disease.

  • Candidates are eligible for faculty appointments through the OU College of Medicine - appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishment and experience.

  • Continued employment will be contingent upon successfully obtaining Board Certification in the eligibility timeframe of your specialty.
