About the Role
New York Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to support its OB/GYN team across the Port Jefferson and Smithtown offices. In this role, you will conduct patient evaluations, provide routine OB/GYN checkups, and assist with ongoing treatment planning while working closely with experienced physicians and clinical staff. This position offers a supportive environment where providers can build strong patient relationships and contribute to delivering compassionate, high?quality healthcare.

Base Salary Range: between $140,000 - $165,000 annually
