Required Skills:
- Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
- Proven experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting
Nice to Have Skills: - Prior experience with high-acuity neonatal patients
- Additional certifications such as NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant Studies, or an equivalent healthcare field
- Minimum of 2 years of neonatal care experience in a Level III NICU setting
Other Requirements: - Availability for 12- or 24-hour shift coverage on an ongoing basis
- No call coverage required; shifts are in-house
- Willingness to support both temporary and permanent roles
- Travel and licensure-related reimbursements applicable
Starting from June 1, 2026, this position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay through direct deposit and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, paid sick time, and robust referral bonuses. Additional benefits include licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable.
