Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in OB-GYN
• Proven clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in relevant specialties (e.g., Maternal-Fetal Medicine)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Leadership or teaching experience in clinical settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in OB-GYN
• Board certification or eligibility in obstetrics and gynecology

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work a 7 on 7 off schedule (preferred)
• Willingness to participate in call rotations
• Compliance with all licensure, certification, and credentialing processes
• Flexibility to adapt to ongoing coverage needs
• Travel and certification reimbursements available when applicable
