Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) is seeking a visionary physician executive for a multifaceted leadership role overseeing pediatrics at the K. Hovnanian Childrens Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center (JSUMC) and the Southern Region of HMH. Based at JSUMCa top-ranked academic medical center and home to the states only Level I Pediatric Trauma Centerthis position will lead clinical care, guide regional strategy, and contribute to the academic vision for pediatrics.
This is a premier opportunity for a distinguished leader to drive the strategic vision for pediatric care, education, and research across a major integrated health network. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical quality and operations at JSUMC, regional service line growth, the academic mission and faculty development at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, and innovative clinical program development across the system.
We are seeking a board-certified pediatrician or pediatric specialist with a significant track record of progressive administrative leadership in an academic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to clinical excellence, medical education, and research, with the ability to lead and inspire in a complex, matrixed environment.

Requirements:
HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The minimum base salary for this position is $394,302. Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
