Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with active state medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Proven experience in managing inpatient and outpatient gastroenterological cases
• Proficiency in endoscopic procedures and GI diagnostics
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced GI procedures such as ERCP or EUS
• Prior experience in a hospital-based or academic setting
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of fellowship in Gastroenterology
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a hospital or clinical environment

Other Requirements:

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Availability to start on March 1, 2026
• Ability to work part-time, primarily inpatient 7a-7p with night call, including weekend 24-hour coverage
• Flexibility for outpatient clinic work as needed, with shift adjustments
• Active medical license; relicensure support available
