Job Title: Radiation Oncology Specialist

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and certifications relevant to radiation oncology practice
• Proven experience in delivering radiation therapy treatments
• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy planning and delivery techniques
• Excellent understanding of radiation safety protocols and regulations
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and patients
• Ability to accurately interpret treatment plans and modify protocols as needed
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and quality care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced radiation treatment technologies (e.g., IMRT, IGRT, SBRT)
• Certification in radiation oncology or related fields
• Experience working in diverse healthcare settings
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems specific to oncology care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in radiation oncology
• Relevant certification from recognized professional boards or organizations
