About this role:
As a Physician in Family Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.In this role you will provide outpatient family medicine care to our Whitney RanchClinic patients.
This position includes a$60,000sign-on bonus, and up to$20,000inrelocationassistancefor eligible household moves.
You will practice atWhitney Ranch Clinicin Henderson, NV
Your schedule will be 4 10-Hour days per week during our normal clinic hours of Monday through Friday, 7:00AM-5:00PM
There are no on-call responsibilities

Whatyoullbring:
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency Training in Family Medicine
Board Certification or eligibility in the designated discipline
Active, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
BLS Certification
