About this role:
As anEndocinologistyou will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.In this role you will focus on the endocrine system, including metabolism, growth, and mood. Manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal insufficiency, and reproductive hormone imbalances.
This position includes a$30,000sign-on bonus, up to$20,000in relocation assistance, residency stipendup to$36,000.00for those who qualify.
Position Highlights:
Ability to participate in clinical service line expansion projects
Collaborative team approach to decision making
In clinic testing/ diagnostic availability:
HbA1c testing with resulting within 7 mins
Dexcom CGM Pro placement & monitoring
Bone health and calcium metabolism management- Infusion/ injection therapy
Endocrine suppression & stimulation testing including Cosyntropin stimulation tests
RN clinical support
Partnership with CDE and RD for clinic visits
Rx refill task support
Strong Medical Director leadership/support
Quarterly all Endo provider meeting
Quarterly medical director & provider check-ins

Compensation:
Annual base: $305,000.00
Productivity: $54.31/wRUVover 2900wRVUsper 6 mo.
Quality incentive: $10,000.00 per year
Relocation: Up to $20,000.00 for those who qualify
Starting bonus: $30,000.00
Residency stipend: up to $36,000.00 ($1,500.00 per month until fellowship completion)

MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency trainingInternal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility inEndocrinology
Active, unobstructedNevadamedical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
