Washington University Clinical Associates (WUCA), the community-based physician network of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join one of two well-established primary care practices in the highly desirable Central West End area of St. Louis.

This is a full-time, 100% outpatient opportunity offering the stability of a respected academic affiliation with the culture and continuity of a community-based practice.

Outpatient-Only Practice

  • No inpatient responsibilities

Established, Collegial Care Teams
Join one of two successful practices with strong physician and APP support:

  • Grant Medical & Diabetes Associates (GMDA) - 6 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers

  • Maryland Medical Group (MMG) - 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers

Balanced Clinical Schedule

  • Typical daily volume of 20-22 patients

  • Standard weekday schedule

  • Shared, low-burden call rotation

Academic Affiliation Without Academic Pressure

  • Practice within the WashU Medicine and BJC HealthCare system

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Ambulatory primary care experience preferred

  • New graduates are welcome to apply

  • U.S. medical school training required
