About this role:
As a CRNA,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.In this role you willcover full range of anesthesia matters, including respiratory therapy and airway management for newborn births
- This position includes up to $7,500in relocationassistance
- You will practice atDelta Community Hospital in Delta, Utahand have access to state-of-the-art anesthesia equipment
- You will enjoy a steady work/life balance working 26 weeks out of the year as a full-time CRNA in a Level IV rural trauma hospital with the

Whatyoullbring:
- Master of Science and graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification & Re-certification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Active, unobstructed Utah Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Anesthetist license, or the ability to obtain one
- An active DEA, ACLS, NPR and PALS certifications, or the ability to obtain one
- Prior experience as a CRNA, strongly preferred
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
- Weare not able toaccept candidatesrequiringVisa sponsorshipat this time
