FLEXIBLE PRACTICE OPTIONS - Outpatient role can be combined with a Faculty Role or a Hospitalist Role if Desired!
Outpatient Position Highlights:
- 4-day work week if desired! Day schedule with dedicated administrative time.
- Practice full-time in an outpatient setting or split time within our Residency Clinic affiliated with the Indiana University School of Medicine program or as a Hospitalist.
- Assume an established current patient panel (400+) due to retirement
- Strong and supportive team members including one physician and 2 APPs.
- Diverse and well-established mix of subspecialty support to meet referral needs
- Good Samaritan is a Certified Primary Stroke and Level III Trauma Center & American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer approved Oncology Center
- EPIC EMR with AI-assisted ambient documentation (saving physicians an average of 400hrs/yr., according to Abridge Whitepaper)
- Remote/Phone-only Call = 1:4
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary $250+ for up to 3 years with added wRVU bonus structure
- Recruitment Incentives include but not limited to: sign-on bonus, Stipend/Early signing bonus, and paid relocation up to $10,000
- 31 days PTO, 5 days and $5,000 CME plus a comprehensive benefits program

- Board of Physicians works with Administration to provide clinical insight into decisions
