Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Health Clinicisactively seeking afull-time OB/GYNAPPto join our established practice inCouncil Bluffs, Iowaat our beautiful Valley View Clinic!

Details of the position:

• Busy practice with existing patient panel available
• Growing team of 3 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Average of 21-24 patient visits per day, per provider
• Outpatient Only
• No Call
• In-office Ultrasound, NST, and Colposcopy available
• Assist clinic for GYN with complex pathology
• EPIC
• Integrated clinic model partnering closely with primary care, diabetic education, psych, physical therapy, and pharmacy
• Works closely with womens subspecialties Maternal Fetal Medicine and Urogynecology
• Available opportunities for outreach in Southwest Iowa

Pay Range
$108,686 - $126,800 /Year
