Center Clinical Medical Director Primary Care (Outpatient)
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Compensation: $280$300K Base + Bonuses + Partnership (No Buy-In)

Our model gives physicians the time, resources, and smaller patient panels needed to provide genuinely relationship-based care. Compensation & Schedule
- Base Salary: $280,000$300,000
- Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation
- Commencement Bonus: $50,000
- Partnership (no buy-in)
Schedule: MondayFriday
- Clinic Hours: 7:30 am5:00 pm
- Last patient scheduled at 4:15 pm

Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- MD or DO
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or primary care setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Local travel required; occasional regional travel
