Required Skills:

• Valid Indiana Medical License in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetric and gynecologic care
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during on-call shifts
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Robotics training or experience, particularly with the daVinci Xi Robot
• Prior experience in hospital or surgical settings
• Familiarity with telemedicine or remote consultation platforms

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years of OB-GYN practice experience
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Other Requirements:

• Must be Indiana Licensed by the time of deployment
• Prefer candidates able to drive to the facility for shifts
• Availability for scheduled dates, including multiple periods from May through December 2026
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adherence to all safety and health protocols
