St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established inpatient team at St. Peters Hospital in Albany, NY. Position Details:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of critically ill adult patients
- Perform bedside procedures, physical exams, and diagnostic testing
- Care for a diverse population of critically ill adult patients
- Collaborate closely with intensivists, specialists, nurses, and respiratory therapists
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning
- Ensure high quality, evidence based patient care and accurate documentation

Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Critical Care experience required
- Current or eligibility for New York State licensure

Recruitment Package:
St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive and competitive compensation package, including:
- Compensation is between $156,349 and $169,931 commensurate with experience (prorated for part time) and $85/hr for per diem
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
