Join Our Team as a Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry professional to join our team. Required Skills:

• Valid Massachusetts medical license (MA license required)
• Board certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Completion of CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with medication management in pediatric populations
• Knowledge of community resources and family therapy techniques
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities
• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree with specialization in Psychiatry
• At least 2 years of post-residency experience in child and adolescent mental health
• Proven track record of working with diverse pediatric populations

Other Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• 24/7 support team availability for consultation and collaboration
• Reliable access to travel and certification reimbursements when applicable
