Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a PRN physician for our multidisciplinary Infectious Disease service line in its flagship location of St. Josephs Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona

  • Provide direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8a- 5p
  • Provide clinical supervision and teaching for residents and medical students
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team that provides excellentcare for all patients

Job Requirements

Successful completion of residency program Successful completion of residency program Board qualified or certified. AZ licensed physician Credentialed SJHMC. Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies

  • A passion for providing clinically excellent care
  • MD or DO degree
  • Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program and an Adult Infectious Disease fellowship
  • Active/Eligibile board certification Internal Medicine / Infectious Disease
  • Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license
  • Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals

For more than a decade, Creighton has had an academic presence in Phoenix, sending medical students to Dignity Health SJHMC for clinical rotations. That relationship expanded in 2009 when the University and St. Joseph's formally established a Creighton campus for third and fourth year students. Pay Range
$118.51 - $165.90 /hour
