Engages in discharge planningOther related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Physician's Assistant or Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of NursingLicensed Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority specializing in Cardiac Critical CareCredentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing in Acute Care nursing. Experience in caring for children with complex congenital and acquired heart disease in a Pediatric and Congenital Cardiac CriticalCare UnitHighly proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work efficiently and flexibly in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidanceAbility to address individuals and information with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality in various situationsCapacity to work well with physicians and other care providers as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare delivery teamRelevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate#healthstartshere4 Salary Range $122,000+ depending on qualifications
