We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in both office and hospital settings. This physician will demonstrate clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment and guiding clinical staff through the evolving healthcare landscape.
This role offers the opportunity to practice the full scope of OB/GYN care, including surgical procedures, while maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction, safety, and quality care.
The physician will work closely with fellow physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare teams and will adhere to the ACOG Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Staff Development
- Develop and administer clinical staff evaluation systems based on established practice standards
- Recommend staffing adjustments and promotions to Providers and Practice Manager
- Instruct and supervise nurses and medical assistants to ensure accurate:
- Vital signs collection
- Medication reconciliation
- Medical and family histories
- Clinical documentation
- Monitor staff performing clinical tests and assisting with procedures
- Ensure proper clinical support, documentation, and record keeping
- Ensure staff are trained and capable of responding to patient needs appropriately
Clinical Practice & Patient Care
- Provide direct patient care and serve as a clinical role model
- Participate in equal call rotation with 24-hour call shifts
- Practice within Nevada state physician licensing laws and practice protocols
- Perform full-scope OB/GYN services, including:
- Medical history evaluation and physical exams
- Diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
- Managing acute and chronic medical conditions
- Obstetrical and gynecological surgical procedures
- Vaginal deliveries and C-sections
- Prescribe medications and monitor for therapeutic effectiveness and side effects
- Provide emergency care and stabilization when necessary
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records
Practice Operations & Patient Experience
- Ensure delivery of efficient, high-quality patient care in clinic and hospital settings
- Coordinate care with Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, and other providers
- Maintain examination rooms, supplies, medications, and injectables
- Promote a patient-centered, respectful, and confidential care environment
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety guidelines
- Ensure patients receive appropriate education and informed consent information
- Maintain positive patient and family relationships
Quality Assurance & Operational Support
- Develop clinical policies and procedures
- Maintain quality assurance programs
- Promote communication among clinical staff
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of medical equipment
Working Environment
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 pounds (0–25% of time)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during 90% of shift
- Ability to stand during surgery for up to 4 hours
- Ability to perform vaginal and C-section deliveries
- Manual dexterity required for surgical procedures
- Ability to operate medical equipment, computers, and telephones

Qualifications
Required
- Licensed Physician in the State of Nevada
- OB/GYN clinical proficiency in full-scope practice
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused team environment
