• Call only coverage with 15 minute response time requirement
• 7 - 10 patients per shift with 7 - 9 call patients per 24 hours
• General surgery including trauma and laparoscopic procedures
• Adult, pediatric, and neonate surgical coverage required
• OB/GYN procedures including cesarean section and hysterectomy
• GI endoscopy and various specialty procedures required
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding responsibilities
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
