• 24 hour call 7 am - 7 am
• 70% pediatric, 15% adolescent, 15% newborn patients
• Children's hospital setting
• Central lines, chest tubes, thoracentesis required
• 6 ECMO cases per year
• 30 minute response time for trauma calls
