Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Active Medical License in the state of practice
• Proven ability to handle high-volume, multi-casualty scenarios with professionalism and composure
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a Level Four trauma center
• Familiarity with telemedicine modalities such as telecardiology and telestroke
• Experience with dual-provider coverage models
• Prior work in a high-acuity emergency setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine practice in an acute care environment
• Previous experience in trauma or critical care settings preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability for open shifts starting from end of February 2026 with ongoing scheduling needs
• Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) preferred
• Ability to comply with all hospital policies, safety protocols, and telehealth requirements
