Join East Alabama Health's rapidly expanding Gastroenterology service line with a 356-bed regional health system. Due to continued growth, we are seeking full-time Gastroenterologists to join an established program offering both inpatient and outpatient practice opportunities in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
Position Highlights
- Employed position with a stable health system
- Inpatient and outpatient practice model
- 356-bed hospital with an estimated 2,800 annual GI census
- Average 55 inpatient encounters per week
- Established practice with 2 Gastroenterologists
- Cerner EMR (inpatient and outpatient)
- Advanced equipment including full endoscopy suite
- GME teaching opportunities available
- Research collaboration opportunities with Auburn University

Position Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Alabama Medical License (or ability to obtain)
